No open roles right now — but worth knowing about us

We're not hiring at the moment, and we'd rather say that at the top than after three scrolls. When roles open they'll be here and on our LinkedIn. In the meantime, this is what working here is actually like, including the part people complain about.

Nothing open at the moment

We hire in bursts rather than continuously, and we'd rather leave this empty than list a role we're not actually recruiting for. Send us something anyway — we keep speculative applications.

Why work here

What people who've worked here say

Drawn from what current and former staff have written in public reviews, rather than from what we'd like to be true.

A place to learn early in your career

The theme that recurs most in our reviews is growth — particularly from people who joined as juniors. Sitting near senior engineers who will actually explain things is worth more at that stage than a larger name on a CV.

Senior people who listen

Reviewers describe senior team members as open to ideas and willing to hear concerns. That is a deliberate choice: the people closest to a problem usually see it first, and a team that overrules them loses that.

Small enough to stay out of politics

Fewer people, less politics, more focus — a reviewer's phrasing, and a fair description of how we try to run. It is a genuine trade-off against the structure and specialisation a larger organisation offers.

Flexible hours, distributed team

We work across India, Canada and with contributors elsewhere, so flexibility is structural rather than a perk. It is also the source of our most common criticism — see below.

Breadth in one building

Front end, back end, mobile, TV and infrastructure all sit in the same team. If you want to understand how a whole system fits together rather than one layer of it, that is unusually easy here.

Real products, named clients

The work is platforms people use — trading tools, streaming services, marketplaces, clinical software. Most of what you build ships to a real audience rather than into an internal backlog.

Worth knowing

The part we're working on

The most consistent criticism in our reviews is coordination across time zones. A team distributed across countries genuinely does make scheduling harder, and reviewers have said so plainly. We would rather you read that before applying than discover it in month two.

Our reviews are public and we haven't cherry-picked them — the criticism above comes from them too. Read them on Glassdoor before you apply.

Roles

What we hire for when we're hiring

The disciplines we've recruited into historically. TV application development is the rarest — very few engineers have shipped to Roku or Fire TV.

Frontend engineering

React, Next.js, Angular and Vue — the surface most of our clients' users meet.

Backend engineering

Node.js, Python, Go, Java, .NET and PHP, plus the data layers underneath.

Mobile engineering

Native iOS and Android, and React Native across both.

TV application development

Roku, Fire TV and smart TV platforms — a genuinely rare specialism.

QA and testing

Functional, usability and performance testing as a dedicated function rather than an afterthought.

Product design and UX

Discovery, interaction design and design systems.

Business analysis

Turning what a client needs into something a team can build.

Business development

Finding and shaping the engagements the rest of the team delivers.

Trajectory

Where you'd be joining

A decade of continuous operation, and a clear direction of travel.

2024

Trusted global partner

75+ clients served worldwide. With growing market maturity the work shifted toward robust architectures and complex systems aligned to long-term business goals.

2025

Product-first mindset

We moved beyond execution into product-led engineering for fintech, trading and SaaS clients — taking on product strategy, UX optimisation and scalable system design.

2026

The road ahead

The direction is technology consulting and product engineering: deep domain expertise, long-term partnerships, and a hand in the next generation of digital products.

  • 01

    Are you hiring right now?

No. We have no open positions at the moment. When that changes the roles will be listed on this page and posted on our LinkedIn. Speculative applications are still welcome — we keep them and come back to them when something opens up.

  • 02

What kinds of roles do you usually hire for?

Frontend, backend and mobile engineering, QA, product design, business analysis and business development. TV application development comes up periodically and is the rarest specialism we look for — very few engineers have shipped to Roku or Fire TV.

  • 03

    Do you hire juniors?

Historically, often. The theme that recurs most in our reviews is people who joined early in their career and learned quickly, which reflects a deliberate willingness to hire on potential and put people near senior engineers.

  • 04

    Is the work remote?

We work across India and Canada, and we have had contributors elsewhere, so distributed working is structural rather than a policy. It is also the source of our most common internal criticism — coordinating across time zones is genuinely harder, and reviewers have said so.

  • 05

How can I apply if there's nothing listed?

Email us with what you do and what you would want to work on. A speculative application that shows real work — a repository, a shipped product, something you built because you wanted to — carries considerably more weight with us than a CV matched against a job description.
