What happens after I send an enquiry?
Someone who can actually assess the work reads it and replies within one business day, usually with questions rather than a brochure. If it is clearly not a fit, we say so at that point rather than booking a call to say it later.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes. Tick the box on the form, or send yours over. We would rather you describe the problem properly than talk around it.

Do I need a finished specification?
No, and it is often better if you do not have one. The most useful first conversation is about the problem and the constraints. A specification written before those are understood tends to encode assumptions nobody has tested.

What size of project do you take on?
The range runs from a defined piece of work on an existing product to building and maintaining a platform over several years — one client relationship has run for more than two. Telling us your budget band on the form helps us propose something realistic rather than aspirational.
