Can you integrate with carriers and partners still using EDI?
Yes. EDI remains widespread in logistics and is not going away, so the practical approach is translating it at the boundary into a clean internal model rather than letting partner-specific formats spread through the system.

How do you handle exceptions?
By making them first-class rather than error states. A delayed, split or damaged shipment is a normal outcome with its own workflow, ownership and resolution path — which is the difference between software that reduces phone calls and software that generates them.

Will warehouse and driver applications work without signal?
They need to, so they are designed to. Handheld and driver applications hold data locally, function offline and synchronise when coverage returns, with conflicts resolved deliberately rather than by whichever device syncs last.

Do you replace our WMS or TMS?
Usually not. More often the valuable work is integration and the layer above — cross-partner visibility, exception management and reporting that neither system provides well — while the transactional systems stay in place.
